Solar Control Low-E Glass |

| Euro-Tech offers a Solar Control Low-E glass that maximizes window performance. This Solar Control Low-E glass is designed to block direct solar heat all year-round. Using Solarban® 60 glass in an Argon-filled insulating unit provides a 49% reduction in solar heat gain compared with a standard clear glass residential unit. Ultraviolet light transmittance of an Argon-filled Solarban® 60 glass unit is about 72% less than a clear glass unit, helping to reduce fading and degradation of carpets, curtains and furniture. | ||

Argon Gas |

| Argon is a colourless, odorless, non-flammable, non-reactive, inert gas. Argon gas fills are used to reduce heat loss in sealed units by slowing down convection inside the air space. Argon gas is extremely cost-efficient, and works well with Low-E coated glazing. |  |
Internal Grills |

| All Euro-Tech windows are available with internal grills in either a colonial pattern or a diamond pattern. Grills are available in a number of colours and styles. Our Colonial Grills are available from 1/4” to 1” bars in solid white or with a different exterior colour to match the windows. Pencil Grills are 1/4” rounded grills are also available in Brass and Pewter. |  |
Simulated Divided Lites |

Simulated divided lites are available in 7/8″ or 1-1/8″ The bars are securely fastened to the insulated glass with a performance tested adhesive glazing tape. |  |

Hurricane Windows |

The residential hurricane window market is being driven by building codes and insurance industry standards. To design windows that comply with Dade County and other hurricane impact requirements, many factors must be taken into consideration, including the design of uPVC profiles, glass specifications, methods by which the windows are anchored, and the methods of attaching the glass to the window sash.Our windows have successfully withstood the merciless Dade County Large Missile impact and Cyclic Pressure Tests in compliance with the Miami- Dade Window System Approval. |
